Docebo is one of the leading e-learning platforms in the world. Founded in Italy in 2005, the company has been listed on Nasdaq since 2019 and has six locations and more than 400 employees worldwide.
In 2017, Docebo asked Moze for support in starting the development of its new iOS and Android app based on React Native, the mobile development framework created by Facebook. A bold choice, given that React Native was an emerging technology at the time, with which the internal development team at Docebo was unfamiliar.
Technical coaching
For six months, a number of developers from our team joined the developers from the Docebo team, working hand-in-hand with them to develop the main components of the new mobile app and create the technical documentation.
Training
During the same period, we held informative talks and training sessions to enable Docebo developers to use React Native.
At the end of the six months, the handover took place: the Docebo team was now able to continue the development of the app independently.
