The proliferation of interconnected devices, exponential data growth and emerging cybersecurity threats require software vendors to continuously improve and adapt their solutions.
To stay competitive in this ever-changing environment, Nanosystems, a company that specializes in offering high-quality remote control and backup software, approached Moze with ambitious requests: to completely redesign its marketing websites, product e-commerce, and personal customer area. Here’s how we helped the Nanosystems team achieve these goals.
Restyling of brand identity
We started with a restyling of Nanosystems’ brand identity. We needed to create a modern corporate image consistent with the values and quality of the products we offer.
After an in-depth study, we created the new version of the corporate logo and defined a new visual language for the brand. This new identity helped to outline a consistent, recognizable and impactful corporate image.
Website redesign
The second phase of the collaboration focused on the redesign of Nanosystems’ corporate website, the marketing sites for the Supremo and Uranium products, and the e-commerce funnel for purchasing the two software solutions. The priorities were to create a smooth user experience and to simplify the process of purchasing and managing licenses and subscriptions.
Through regular discussions with the Nanosystems team, we conducted an in-depth analysis of users’ needs and their challenges in interacting with existing websites. Based on this analysis, we came up with a design geared toward simplifying navigation and highlighting product strengths.
Web development with React and WordPress
We chose a hybrid approach for website development, combining the power of WordPress and React to achieve optimal UX.
We created a bespoke WordPress theme to facilitate editorial management of the websites by the Nanosystems team, and simultaneously developed a React-based front-end app dedicated to purchasing the software solutions.
By choosing WordPress and React, we were able to benefit from the distinctive features of both technologies. We leveraged the dynamic nature of React to implement the functionality of the personal area and e-commerce sites, while we relied on the powerful content management engine of WordPress to build the marketing sites.
Rethinking the UX of Nanosystems solutions
After the end of this project, we continued our collaboration with Nanosystems by facing new challenges: the redesign of the user experience of their software solutions.
