- UX & UI Design
The Swiss startup Komed Health has chosen us to redefine and improve the UX of Komed Flow, their messaging and collaboration application designed to facilitate communication between members of the clinical staff of a hospital.
We got into the project when Komed Health had just closed a new contract with a hospital that had expressed specific product customization needs. We had the task of fully understanding the needs of the hospital staff, so as to allow Komed Health to effectively translate them into the User Interface of the app.
Doing Research and Design in an Agile way
From the beginning, we and Komed Health have chosen to embrace the Agile philosophy, that is, organizing work in rapid iterative cycles.
By alternating activities of User Research, User Experience Design and validation of the app screens with the hospital staff, we have defined the main navigation flows, with the aim of facilitating the collaboration of the staff both in the ordinary daily management of patients and in the most critical moments.

Define incremental releases
After designing the navigation flows and graphic layouts of the main features of the app for desktop and mobile devices, we helped Komed Health to define an incremental release roadmap.
This has allowed us to direct our efforts towards the hospital’s most urgent needs, while at the same time sketching out potential future developments.

Envisioning the future
After improving the Komed Flow User Experience, the Komed Health team expressed the need to intervene also on the Brand Identity and further evolve the style of the User Interface.
We explored potential hypothesis, offering their team useful insights to tackle the next steps in product development.

«Moze was the right partner to test an idea through the different UX design stages. With the expert know-how from Moze we rapidly validated multiple problem/solution hypothesis and were able to deliver the project in record time!»
