Voxloud offers companies a cloud-based telephone system. Their solution is quick to activate and easy to use through its web, desktop and mobile applications.
A better UX
We had already worked with Voxloud to design their brand identity and user onboarding process. We came back to support their team - led by founders Leonardo Coppola and Gabriele Proni - in improving the product’s user experience, by defining new functionalities and renewing the graphic interface.
We worked with an Agile approach, organising activities in monthly sprints. This approach - which is ideal for a true innovation process - allows high-level planning of things to be done, offering a realistic estimate of project time and costs, but also provides the flexibility to define changes as they happen.
Design system
We created the Voxloud Design System. A Design System is a set of components, rules and guidelines useful for maintaining consistency within the brand’s digital ecosystem and reducing the cost of implementing new features.
In October 2023, Voxloud made the first release of the new web user interface, offering users new features and an overall revamped experience, while other web and mobile features are still under development.
