Brand identity
Through a collaborative workshop, we defined the key visual and narrative elements to express the identity of Shop by Link. Together with the team, we worked on the Ideal Customer Profile, Value Proposition, brand attributes, and tone of voice to build an identity aligned with the product’s goals and the needs of its target audience.

Website design
Building on the visual elements defined during the brand identity work, we designed the Shop by Link website with a clear focus: to communicate the product’s value proposition in a direct and effective way.

User experience
Layout, typography, and content hierarchy were all crafted to make the service immediately understandable and to guide users toward action, friction-free.


Web development
For development, we chose Next.js, which allowed us to generate a static site with high performance, fast loading times, and a smooth experience across all devices. This approach also ensures a high level of security—thanks to the absence of an exposed backend—and supports long-term scalability. Content is managed directly in code, enabling the Shop by Link technical team to make quick and easy updates.

Waiting list and public launch
The website is currently live with a waiting list system that enables gradual access to the platform. The launch was designed to gather real feedback from the earliest stages, engaging target users and observing how they interact with the product. This approach allows the Shop by Link team to validate assumptions, measure interest, and develop the platform in line with actual market needs—avoiding wasted time and resources.
