Moze is an independent design and technology studio based in Milan, Italy.

Moze is led by two partners.

Sergio Panagia, Managing Partner, has a background in Human-Computer Interaction and started as a developer. He is the first point of contact for new projects and brought Agile, Design Sprint, Jobs To Be Done and User Story Mapping into Moze.

Matteo Montolli, Partner & Design Director, has designed for digital since the Flash days and founded Moze in 2012. He is a Google Design Sprint mentor, teaches UX design at IED and leads the design team.

B2B software

We work alongside product teams to modernize enterprise software, SaaS and vertical management tools, and to design new products and modules. We work on UX/UI, build design systems and translate them into front-end component libraries.

Digital products for consumers

We design apps, sites and ecommerce that people use every day, such as the Pastbook app. We build custom websites with WordPress and Next.js when an off-the-shelf solution isn’t enough, and ecommerce on Shopify, working on the buying experience, the theme and the integrations.

We start with a co-design workshop to understand the problem and sketch out solutions together.
